Logical framework

RCPDS using a tool called Log Frame, which is used to design projects and programs. It facilitates planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of a project. It involves identifying inputs, outputs, purpose (outcomes), goal (impact), and their relationships, related performance indicators, and the assumptions or risks that may influence success and failure. RCPDS used it for measuring project progress through objectively verifiable indicators and means of verification.
